New Car theory test from April 2020 From 14 April 2020, driving theory test for car driver will include 3 multiple-choice questions based on a short video you'll watch. The adjustments will be coming in across England, Scotland and Wales in a bid to make the test more accessible especially to people with a reading difficulty (such as dyslexia), a learning disability or a developmental condition (like autism).
